FAQ’S

Do I need to break open my plumbing to install this?

No, this attaches to your valve handles, so no need to open any plumbing on your system.

How long does the remote battery last?

The remote will last 4-6 hours between charge, but only takes 15 min to charge from 65% to 100%. When I do a large commercial job, I just charge it while I’m eating lunch.

What is the warranty coverage?

1 year warranty on everything.

When will it ship?

Usually ships within 3 weeks, I am working on making that quicker, but the quality control comes first, speed comes second.

What if I have problems with installation?

Any pressure washing supplier who does repairs can help with the install, or watch my videos and call me for any technical help! Anthony 352-509-6837.

Will this fit my existing system?

ValveVantage will fit Asahi, GF, Precision Flow, Hayward and many other valve types. Can be mounted to the backer plate, or to your valves directly. Please see the youtube videos or give me a call/text and I will make sure it works with your system. 352-509-6837

Will this work for any soft wash pump?

It basically grabs your valve handle like your hand would, then has presets to positions you set. So the pump does not matter, it works with gas roof pumps, air diaphragm, trash pumps, cheap shot, 12v electric, 24v electric, high gpm and low gpm. Because it just moves your valves for you, it will keep working the same when you change your pump or proportioner.

What is coming next?

I am going to making a lot of upgrades in the next few versions, like: E-Paper screen so it’s easier to see in the sun, Tank level sensors (water, SH, and more) Remote start, and stop, Clutch engage. This will be your go-to all in one for soft washing!!

Will parts be available?

My number one priority is to keep you running, so yes, I will always have parts available. But you don’t make money waiting for parts.
I want you to stay running, that’s why I built it the way I did (everything encased in resin so it survives long term),
but in the rare occasion you need anything, I got you!
