1. Shipping Destinations
ValveVantage ships products to domestic and international locations. Our primary distribution center is located in Miami, Florida. We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international regions. If your location is not listed during checkout, please contact our Customer Support team for a custom shipping quote.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays). Processing time may be longer during peak seasons or promotional events. You will receive an email notification when your order is shipped.
3. Shipping Methods & Carriers
We partner with reputable carriers to ensure timely delivery of your valve products. Available shipping options include:
- Standard Ground (3–7 business days): Ideal for non-urgent orders within the continental U.S.
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): For faster delivery within the continental U.S. at an additional cost.
- Overnight Shipping (1 business day): Next-day delivery for critical or time-sensitive orders. Subject to cutoff times and availability.
International shipments vary by region and carrier. During checkout, you will see available international shipping options with estimated delivery times and costs.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination (zip code or country)
- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method
- Carrier fees and surcharges
Free Standard Ground Shipping is available on U.S. orders over $500 before taxes and fees. Restrictions apply to oversized or hazardous valve products; in such cases, a customized shipping quote may be provided.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your package on the carrier’s website or log in to your ValveVantage account to view current order status.
6. International Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. ValveVantage is not responsible for delays or additional costs incurred due to customs clearance processes.
